
Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably within the United States.
This policy explains order processing, shipping methods, timelines, and what to do if something goes wrong.
This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
1) Order Processing
Processing time: typically 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are treated as received the next business day.
During sales/holidays, processing may take a bit longer.
2) Shipping Method & Delivery Times (USA only)
Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
Carrier/service is selected automatically based on destination and availability.
Typical transit time after processing: about 5–7 business days.
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control may occur.
3) Shipping Origin & Split Shipments
We fulfill orders through professional third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
Depending on availability and destination, items may ship from different warehouses.
We may split a single order into multiple packages at no extra charge.
4) Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States.
Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO; if needed, we may request a physical street address.
5) Risk of Loss & Title
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address on your order.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will assist with a carrier investigation and, where appropriate, a replacement or refund.
6) Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Lost/Delayed: If your order is well beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we’ll open an inquiry with the carrier.
Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately and keep all packaging materials (carriers may require inspection).
For confirmed transit damage reported within 14 days, we’ll arrange a return at our expense and offer a replacement or refund (subject to availability).
7) Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address (include apartment/unit, if applicable).
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or inability to deliver, we can:
- Reship to a corrected address (additional shipping charges may apply), or
- Refund the product price minus our actual outbound shipping cost (even if you received free shipping) and any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier.
If you provided a valid but incorrect address and the package was delivered there, we can assist with a carrier inquiry,
but we are not responsible for misdelivery caused by address errors.
