Exchange and Returns

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a return or exchange.

Note: No return will be accepted without a completed Return Authorization Form and a valid RMA.

We currently accept returns from U.S. addresses only.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all original packaging. Returns must include the original packaging, accessories, extra links/straps, warranty card, and any other items originally provided.

Returns showing signs of wear/use will not be accepted. Depending on the item condition, a restocking fee (up to 25%) may apply.

We recommend photographing how you packed the item before shipping your return.

If a return is approved, the following costs may be deducted from your refund — even if your original order showed “free” shipping:

Initial shipping & handling we incurred to send your order

Any applicable restocking fee

You are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable). Please keep proof of postage and pack securely with original packaging. Mateo Moretti is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit; if a return is lost or arrives damaged, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

All returns must include:

The unused item
The completed Return Authorization Form (PDF)
The original box and warranty card

RETURN FEES & CONDITIONS

Additional deductions may apply if:

The return is not due to our error

The item shows any signs of wear (e.g., strap marks, enlarged holes, scratches on clasp/case, removed protective films), missing parts, or damaged packaging

REFUND POLICY

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned item must:

Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Be in new, unused condition

Include all original packaging and documentation

Items that show wear/use will not be refunded.

We do not offer price adjustments for prior purchases. Refunds apply only to orders placed directly on mateomoretti.com.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days (bank/processor times may vary).

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund:

Check your bank account again

Contact your card issuer (posting delays can occur)

Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

If you’ve done the above and still have not received your refund, email info@mateomoretti.com with your order number and the return proof of postage so we can assist.
