Overview
Refunds are available for U.S. orders returned within 30 days of delivery. A refund is issued after the item arrives at our facility and passes inspection. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories/components (box, tags, manuals, warranty card, extra links/straps).
RMA required: No return will be processed without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the completed Return Authorization Form (PDF).
How to start a return
Submit a request here by sending us an Email at: info@mateomoretti.com). We’ll email your RMA and packing instructions.
Include the RMA in the box: print and complete our Return Authorization Form (PDF), or include a note with your RMA + order number.
Ship the item within 14 days of receiving your RMA and keep your proof of postage.

Eligibility & condition
To qualify for a refund, returns must:
Be received within 30 days of delivery.
Be unworn/unused, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging & documentation.
Items showing wear/use (e.g., strap marks, enlarged holes, scratches on case/clasp, removed protective films) will not be refunded. Where applicable, a restocking fee (up to 25%) may apply for condition/packaging issues.
Deductions & fees
On approved returns we may deduct from your refund:
Our original outbound shipping & handling costs (even if your order showed “free shipping”), and
Any restocking fee or return-to-sender charges billed to us by the carrier.
Return shipping to us is your responsibility (non-refundable). Pack securely; we’re not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refund method & timing
If your return is approved after inspection, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days (bank/processor timelines may vary). You’ll receive an email once your refund is approved.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your card issuer (posting delays can occur). Contact your bank (processing times vary).
If you still need help, email info@mateomoretti.com with your order number
and proof of postage.
